    About the Round Corners tool

The radius is a percentage of the image’s shorter side, so a batch of different sizes gets the same look. 50% turns a square into a circle.

Corners are anti-aliased for smooth edges. JPG files can’t be transparent, so they are saved as PNG unless you choose JPG, in which case the corners take the border color.

    Frequently asked questions

Why is my JPG saved as PNG?

Rounded corners need transparency, which JPG doesn’t support. Choose “JPG” under Save as if you prefer corners filled with a color.

How do I make a circle?

Use the Circle Crop tool, which first crops to a square and then makes it round.

Can I round many images at once?

Yes, up to 50, with a ZIP download.

    Are my images uploaded?

No. Processing happens on your device.
