About the Images to PDF tool
Each image becomes one page. A4 and Letter pages turn automatically to match the image, so landscape photos get landscape pages, and every image is fitted inside the margins without being cropped.
For photos of paper documents, “Enhanced” and “Black & white” work like a scanner: they remove the shadow of your hand or phone and make the paper white. Black & white pages are stored as crisp 1-bit images, often only 30 to 80 KB each.
If a form or email has a size limit, choose it and the tool finds the best quality that fits. Nothing is uploaded: the PDF is made in your browser.

Are my images uploaded to make the PDF?
No. The PDF is built entirely in your browser, so private documents such as IDs, certificates and bank statements never leave your device.
How do I make the PDF smaller for a form that has a size limit?
Pick a file size limit such as 500 KB or 1 MB. The tool lowers the image quality, and only if needed the resolution, to fit. “Black & white” makes text pages far smaller than color.
What does “Enhanced” or “Black & white” do?
They clean photos of paper documents like a scanner: shadows and uneven light are removed and the paper becomes white. Black & white also makes the text pure black, which is easiest to read and smallest.
Can I change the order of the pages?
Yes. Drag a page by its handle, or use the arrow buttons under each page. You can also rotate or remove pages before creating the PDF.
